Information Accuracy / Disclaimer
All adverts are accepted by My Online Property in good faith.
My Online Property is acting purely as a database of information and facilitator of the exchange of same information between property owners and possible renters.
My Online Property is not a party to the contract between the advertisers and renters. Any contract a renter chooses to enter into is with the property owner and not with My Online Property, its agents or associated companies.
Renters are advised to confirm all details, terms and conditions specific to their rental in writing prior to confirming a booking. You are responsible for conducting your own investigations into properties or potential renters or agents. You assume all liability for the use of any information you find on this, or any other website operated by My Online Property or any associated company.
None of the information contained on this website is confirmed or warranted in any way. You should take independent steps to confirm any information as required.
Advertisers are required to upload content that accurately reflects their property.All content must comply with all relevant legislation in the United Kingdom and United States of America. My Online Property will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstands or claims arising from use of this website. We reserve the right to edit any information supplied by advertisers. Any listings added with offensive or inappropriate text or images will be removed.
In the case of disputed content, the operators of the website will be the final judge and reserve the right to edit any entry. Consistent upload of disputed content will result in removal of the advertisement without refund.
Whilst we will do our best to maintain a high 'up-time', My Online Property does not guarantee the operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error free.
Copyright
The advertiser warrants that he or she is the owner or all text and images uploaded to the My Online Property website, or has authority from the copyright owner to grant My Online Property permission to use the material.
The advertiser indemnifies My Online Property from any action brought due to breach of copyright of material added to the site by the advertiser, and agrees to pay all costs defending all claims related to copyright issues.
By uploading information to the My Online Property website or sending My Online Property material for inclusion on the website (for example, but not limited to email or postal mail), the advertiser agrees to allow My Online Property free use of all material through the website.
My Online Property cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws arising from material supplied by its advertisers.
If you are aware of any possible copyright infringement please contact us at info@myonlineproperty.co.uk so we can take action to remove the content and make further investigations.
Spamming
My Online Property does not undertake sending or tolerate the sending if unsolicited email (SPAM). We reserve the right to remove any advertisement where the owner has used SPAM email to direct customers to the website and seek further damages against said clients.
Automated Rental Inquires
There are now a number of automated form filling spam-bots on the internet. My Online Property will take as many steps as possible to reduce the amount of spam property owners received through these spam bots, however we cannot guarantee all enquiry forms will be completed by hand and advise all property owners to simply delete any automated enquiries made by spam bots.
We will not at any time publish your email address on the public web site.
Website Design and Layout
My Online Property reserve the right to alter the design or layout of any part of the website without notice. This includes the right to edit text or images, and alter the layout of specific property pages.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from changes to the design of the website, or content supplied by the advertisers.
Photographic Material
My Online Property accept photographs for inclusion on the website through upload, email and postal mail. Whilst we will make every effort to safeguard all material, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained, however caused, nor for any errors or omissions.
Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are not permitted within the property listings. Adding a hyperlink will result in your entry being edited at best. We may remove any listing containing external hyperlinks.
The only external links that are permitted are in the specific link to website url and virtual tour boxes in the home owner interface. These links will only be used by My Online Property in positions we see fit.
Sale of properties
If the advertiser sells the property listed on this website they are required to notify My Online Property. The listed can then be transferred to the new owner, or removed.
The advertiser may not change the property in the listing for another as each property is given a unique PID, if the advertiser wished to add a new property they can do so by requesting an increase in their property allowance using the link in the home owner area.
Use and Termination
My Online Property reserves the right to accept or refuse any advertisement or additional material. The advertiser agrees not to use this website for any illegal, immoral or prohibited purpose.
Any breach of the terms and conditions will result in the advertisement being removed from the website without notice. There will be no refunds for advertisements terminated before the end of the designated subscription where the advertiser has violated the terms and conditions.
Privacy
Information is only gathered by this site in order to facilitate the operation of the website and short term rental of property. Personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use. Your information will never be sold to a third party.
We will only receive personally identifiable information about you with your knowledge, where you knowingly and willingly provide that information, at your sole discretion.
Parts of our site uses cookie based technology to help provide a better service. This is a common feature on the internet. Should your browser refuse to accept cookies, some parts of this website may not function correctly.
Liability
My Online Property is not responsible for loss of any kind (including, but not limited to loss of clients, information or data), misspellings or misleading information that may be entered into the website by the advertiser or My Online Property staff or agents. In no event shall My Online Property, its agents, directors or staff be liable for any special, incidental or indirect damages incurring loss of profits, however caused on any theory of liability.
Complaints and Unsuitable Material
If an advertiser adds unsuitable material to the website, we reserve the right to remove the material or advertisement without notice or refund. Should we receive a complaint about a property which in our option is reasonably substantiated, for example misleading or inaccurate information, poor condition of the property or unacceptable booking conditions, we reserve the right to remove the offending advertisement and any other advertisements places by the same home owner or management company.
Where an advertisement is removed, we, at our discretion, may refund any fees paid on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of the advertisement. No compensation will be paid for any loss of income.
